Lead Test Engineer

• Thoroughly understand QA processes in order to develop improved and effective procedures;
• Have strong expertise and skills in decomposing product requirements and designing a test scenario, experience in analyzing different types of technical testing, and choosing actionable items;
• Have the experience or ambition in leadership, scheduling, and people management;
• Can act as an expert to manage the Test- and QA process: establish best practices, improve processes and sort out issues during the process;
• Have demonstrable experience with process- and efficiency enhancement;
• Scheduling and direct QA procedures and coordinate development and testing processes;
• Have effective verbal and written communication skills;
• Have a clear user-centered design vision and are able to critically judge our solutions from this perspective;
• Have experience with several test- and bugtracking tools (like Postman, SoapUi, Charles, Fiddler, Chrome console);
• Are a teamplayer and feel comfortable in a Agile/Scrum working environment.
